Impact of Work-Life Balance Management on Expatriates’ Career

As organizations go global by trying to increase revenues or penetrate new markets for expansion, it becomes necessary have employees who will work overseas. Working overseas as an expatriate requires a lot of effort both from the and organization in order assignment be successful. Work-life balance is vital this regard. Employees only succeed official when their prioritize well-being, greatly assist them making sure they are effective efficient work. The goal research was see how work-life impacts expatriates’ careers whether there any relationships between careers. Results showed has significant positive effect on performance. This say that healthy impact career greatly, which also benefit organization.
